These exceptional "Core Service Standards" and the combination of "Added-Value Services" are designed for the group tour market and to give your travelers extra value for their money.
- Personal Greeting:
Receive a personal welcome by a hotel staff member on board or off board the motor coach. - Pre - Key Registration:
Your group members will be pre-registered and their keys will be ready in marked envelopes. - Express Baggage Handling:
The hotel will have your group’s baggage to their rooms within 30 minutes or less. Group arrival must be within 45 minutes of preset estimated time of arrival. - Welcome Letter:
Welcome letter in guest room from the General Manager. - Driver and Escort Information Packet:
Your bus driver and escort will receive a special packet which contains all pertinent information. - Driver Discounted Room Rate:
The hotel will provide a discount of 50% off non-discounted room rate to bus driver (Not available at all properties). - Personal Farewell:
Your group members will receive a personal farewell from the hotel staff. - Group Tour Menu:
At hotels with restaurants, you will have the ability to choose from their group menu prices and selections for breakfast (American, Continental, Boxed), lunch (Boxed), and/or dinner at special group prices. Some hotels that do not have a restaurant, may offer group tour menus at restaurants in the area. - Healthy Breakfast Menu:
At hotels without a restaurant on premise, you will have the ability to provide your group members with Continental Breakfast (Some hotels offer this service on a complimentary basis, other hotels may have a nominal charge). - High Speed Internet:
High Speed Internet is available at all hotels (Charges may apply at some locations).
